When I called the merchant number that belongs to Paypal, they showed on their system that some person using the name Steven Collins was using my credit card number. Since then, I have had little charges periodically appear. In May or June of this year (2015), a merchant,, that I do business with, reported they had their credit card file breached. However, they are not the ones responsible. This IS an Paypal number as they are the official merchant.
